This is our final National League Cup Group A match having accumulated six points from our three games so far. Dale currently sit third in the standings behind league sides Brackley Town and Tamworth, meaning a defeat on the evening would see us exit the competition. A draw could take us into the top two, depending on Tamworth’s fortunes in their two remaining games, the latter of which is on the 16th December. Everton U21s are a point behind Dale, having won one, drawn one and lost one in the group so far. They won 2-1 away at Solihull Moors before earning an extra point via a penalty shootout win at Brackley last month.
Head Coach Jimmy McNulty has been given three yellow cards so far this season and will therefore serve a touchline ban for this fixture.
The match is free to watch over on the National League’s website through their brand new NL+ channel. Click HERE to sign in to your free account.
We again welcome Jute Sports as our match sponsors in the competition. Keep an eye out on their Instagram channel for special giveaways before each fixture and you can find more out about their agency HERE.
