Dale returned to the league in midweek with a 3-1 defeat at Stockport County, despite a spirited second-half performance. The home side raced into a two-goal lead at the break until Jake Martyn fired home to give Dale the ascendency. After chances to equalise, County scored on the break to secure the victory.
Our opponents Chesterfield have struggled to find form this time around, winning just one of their seven matches in the division. They were narrowly defeated 3-2 at Lincoln City last time out, despite a brace from Harry Hepworth.
Supporters can attend the fixture but must fill out this form prior to the game, with kick-off at 11am. The address is Wright Robinson Sports College, Abbey Hey Lane, Gorton, M18 8RL.
