For family celebration events, we ask for a bond of £100, which is refunded upon satisfactory return of the room with no damage.
Door staff are compulsory for evening events. Your safety and peace of mind are our priority. The hire includes professional on-site security for the duration of your event.
Catering can be provided by our stadium catering partner, Food from Scratch, if required. To maintain high standards and consistency, all catering must be provided by our trusted in-house team. We offer a range of menus tailored to suit all tastes and budgets.
Unlimited tea & coffee is available at £2.50 per head. Black table cloths provided as standard – white table cloths £5ea, chair covers (white/black) £1ea.
Our pricing is based on operational hours at The Crown Oil Arena. Meetings, training courses, and commercial activities requiring additional time outside normal working hours may incur a higher room rate.
