The 24-year-old, who has made over 130 National League appearances, has penned an initial one-year deal.
Moss commented on how pleased he is on signing the contract.
“I am delighted to be here.
“Rochdale is a massive club and to get it done, I came to the decision quite quickly and I’m buzzing.
“The last couple of years this team has done well and I’m ready to kick on now.
“I’m really looking forward to meeting the squad, learning how the gaffer wants me to play and how I integrate into the team.”
Moss began his career as a scholar in Burnley’s academy before linking up with Millwall in the summer of 2019, where he captained the under-23 side.
He spent time on loan at Yeovil Town and Leyton Orient during his time at The Den, before joining Woking on a permanent deal in 2022.
Moss featured predominantly as a right-back for the Cardinals but can operate in a number of positions.
In his three years with Woking, he played over 110 times, including as a key member of the side that reached the National League playoffs in 2023.
Welcome, Dan!
