EXPERIENCE
For chef, supervisor and bar roles, previous hospitality experience is essential. Matchdays are fast paced from the word go, so you’ll need to be confident in your role and able to hit the ground running.
For kiosk operative roles, previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred. You’ll need to be confident taking orders quickly, processing payments and handling cash while maintaining great customer service.
For kitchen porter roles, experience is welcomed but not essential for all positions, and we have a limited number of opportunities available for 16–17-year-olds.
MATCHDAY COMMITMENT
This is regular matchday work throughout the season, and we’re looking for people who can commit to working the majority of Rochdale AFC home fixtures.
We understand that holidays and the occasional commitment happen, but regular availability is essential. Ideally, we want people who are excited to become a consistent part of the matchday team.
MORE THAN MATCHDAYS
There’s also the opportunity to work beyond football.
Our hospitality operation is growing, with conferences, private functions, commercial events and community bookings taking place throughout the year.
For the right people, this means opportunities to gain experience across a much wider range of hospitality and events, as well as genuine opportunities to develop and progress within the team.
