With confirmation of Season Ticket details for next season, we have shared the below information to supporters regarding Fanbase.
Why the change? After deciding to move from our existing provider, we conducted a thorough tender process to select the best provider on the market.
Fanbase makes it as easy as possible for supporters to buy tickets, gives ticketing staff all the tools they need to service supporter needs and is at the forefront of innovation.
The platform offers a straightforward and efficient way to buy tickets across web and mobile, enhancing the supporter experience with features like a digital wallet and real-time updates.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Fanbase will be used for Season and match tickets during the 2025/26 season. This means:
- 2024/25 Match Tickets. Match tickets for the remaining league games of the 24/25 season will be sold via our existing provider.
- Current 2024/25 Season Ticket Holders. If you have a Season Ticket for this campaign, there’s no need to take any action; your ticket remains valid our final home match of the league season against Hartlepool United this Saturday. Please use your season card as usual at the turnstiles.
- Season Tickets for 2025/26. Season Tickets for the upcoming 2025/26 season will soon be on sale via Fanbase. Click HERE for full details.
HOW TO ACCESS FANBASE
In advance of 25/26 Season Tickets going on sale, you may wish to explore the Rochdale AFC Fanbase site.
To do this, visit the link HERE or download the Fanbase app on your Apple / Android device.
The platform provides a digital wallet for easy ticket storage and real-time updates about club activities. We believe this change will make buying tickets simpler and more convenient for all supporters.

- I already have a Fanbase account, what should I do? If you already have a Fanbase account, that’s great! You don’t need to do anything. You will be able to use your account for any purchases at Rochdale AFC.
- I don’t have a Fanbase account, do I need to do anything? At this time, it’s not essential that you have an account. Sit tight and wait for the communications on match and season tickets. If you’d like to get ahead of the game and sign up on Fanbase you can do so HERE.
- Do I need the Fanbase app to buy tickets? No, you don’t need an app to purchase tickets. Fanbase is a web app so you can purchase tickets on Fanbase on your web browser on desktop or mobile.
If you’d like to use the Fanbase app so that it is easy to access Dale tickets throughout the season, you can do so, but it is not essential.
