ON SALE DATES
Season Tickets are on general sale now, both online and in-person.
Existing Season Ticket seats will be locked until midnight on Sunday 15th June for existing holders to renew their seat for the 25/26 campaign.
From Monday 16th June, all seat reservations will be lifted and available to purchase.
BLOCK U – SMITH METALS FAMILY STAND
From next season, we can confirm that Block U has been released for Season Ticket sale.
Visiting supporters will be situated in the Willbutts Lane Stand for all fixtures. Block T of that stand, nearest to the Smith Metals Family Stand, will be used as a segregation line between stands and supporters for most games.
Opening Block U for home supporters means we expect different support groups to review where they sit. We will work with all fans and supporter groups to establish a safe and enjoyable matchday operation when seat choices are known. These changes have been implemented following meetings with the Club Advisory Board, Dale Supporters Trust and GMP. We will continue to engage in dialogue with supporter groups and the police to understand the optimum seating areas and facilities in the stadium.
The Smith Metals Family Stand housing home fans only also means both catering kiosks in the stand will be open for Dale fans.
LOUNGE PASSES / BLOCK A
New for the 2025/26 campaign is the option to purchase a Lounge Pass for the season. This gives exclusive access to our paid bars at the AK Lettings Bar and in the 1907 Lounge before every home league match, as well as at half-time and post-match.
Entrance is via the David Kilpatrick Main Stand reception and there will be a street food style pay on the day food offering, with tables and seating in the 1907 Lounge.
A limited number of only 200 Lounge Passes will be sold as an add-on to a Main Stand Season Ticket, priced at £100.
To enhance this experience, we have released the top six rows of Block A in the Main Stand for Season Ticket sales. These seats have ideal access to the 1907 Lounge and make a great bundle for supporters wishing to use our hospitality facilities.
Any unsold Lounge Passes will be available to purchase on a match-by-match basis.
PREMIUM PADDED SEATS
A limited number of 100 Premium Padded Seats in Block Bare available to renew or buy priced as a £150 add-on for the season. These feature the same benefits of the Lounge Pass but add a more comfortable, premium padded seat in Block B of the Main Stand.
From the 2025/26 season, access into our Main Stand hospitality areas (1907 Lounge and AK Lettings Bar) will be limited to box holders and matchday sponsors, as well as those with a Lounge Pass or Premium Padded Seat Season Ticket. Entry will be via the Main Stand reception area, and wristbands will be used at all matches, so stewards and staff can easily identify who has purchased access to the hospitality areas, particularly at half-time when supporters can enter via the Directors Box and 1907 Lounge doors.
JUNIOR SEASON TICKETS
To qualify for a Junior Season Ticket, youngsters must be aged 13 on 1st September 2025 (i.e., in Year 9 or below of secondary school). Proof of age may be required at the time of purchase.
They are only available when purchasing an Adult/Senior Season Ticket. Sales in the Main Stand are restricted to 100, so please purchase early to avoid disappointment. A maximum of six Junior Season Tickets can be purchased with every Adult Season Ticket.
These can be purchased online, over the phone and in-person at the Dale Ticket Office.
FAMILY SEASON TICKET
New for the 2025/26 campaign is a Family Season Ticket, situated in the Smith Metals Family Stand.
This will allow a family of two adults and two juniors to purchase seats together for the season at a discounted rate of £500.
Please note that this is only available to a family that is living at the same address.
If you are interested in the Family Season Ticket but are a family of more/less than two adults and two juniors, please contact the Ticket Office, who will explain the price for your family circumstances.
EXILES SEASON TICKET
An Exiles Season Ticket allows access to ten home league matches of their choice, starting from just £120.
Supporters who are renewing their Exiles Season Ticket can choose their allotted seat for the 2025/26 campaign as usual.
However, those buying new will purchase for a stand and be able to choose a seat in the days before a match.
They are available to those living beyond 50 miles of the Crown Oil Arena. Supporters will be required to provide proof of address via a current utility bill upon purchase. Please note, Exiles Season Tickets are only available to purchase in-person or over the phone.
DISABLED SUPPORTERS
Disabled supporters pay the relevant price band with their carer free of charge.
Disabled pricing applies to supporters who are in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independent Payment (PIP) or Attendance allowance. Documented evidence will be required post-purchase and before Season Tickets are issued.
Carers of supporters who receive DLA, PIP or Attendance allowance will be issued with a free carer ticket.
Disabled Season Tickets can be renewed online. If you are a new purchaser, please contact our Disability Liaison Officer by emailing disability.liaisonofficer@rochdaleafc.co.uk or by calling 07734 961927.
AWAY GAME / CUP PRIORITY
Where possible and when required, Season Ticket holders will have priority on purchasing tickets for away matches and cup ties.
Some National League clubs only offer away tickets via their online platforms, in which case we cannot offer priority.
However, in cases we identify as requiring a priority window, we will endeavour to offer this. This will be communicated on a game-by-game basis.
FAN CARD MEMBERSHIP
A Fan Card Membership, previously named Your Card, will once again offer a perfect alternative to a Season Ticket, for adult supporters who can’t make all home league matches.
The price for this has been reduced to just £5 and will continue to offer £5 off matchday admission prices. These will be available to buy online, as well as in-person or over the phone.
Please note that these are available to adults and seniors only.
HOW TO BUY
Season Tickets will be available to purchase online, in-person at the Crown Oil Arena, or over the phone on 01706644648 (option one). They will be available to buy from our Club Shop as well as our Ticket Office. Click HERE for opening hours.
Guides on how to purchase online via Fanbase are available by clicking HERE.
DIGITAL/PHYSICAL SEASON TICKETS / FANBASE APP
With the introduction of Fanbase, the process for storing and scanning your Digital Season Ticket will be a much more user-friendly experience.
We continue to encourage supporters to use this method, which saves on printing costs, reduces purchase time and avoids the potential loss of your tickets.
Physical Season Tickets will continue to be available to purchase, with a £5 administration charge applied at the time of purchase.
FINANCE / KLARNA
We’re pleased to introduce Klarna as a payment option for 25/26 Season Tickets. Klarna is available at the time of purchase and offers supporters an interest-free way of purchasing their Season Ticket. Payments are split into three, with one at the time of purchase, plus further payments in the following two months.
COLLECTION/POSTAGE
If you have purchased a physical Season Ticket and require this to be posted to your chosen address, this will cost £7.95, plus the £5 charge for a physical ticket detailed above.
Details on how and when to collect your Season Tickets will be confirmed in due course.
COMMUNITY TRUST TICKETS
We’re pleased to confirm that our successful Seats For Schools initiative will continue for the 2025/26 season, within Rochdale AFC Community Trust’s ticket allocation.
300 tickets have been reserved in Block Z of the Smith Metals Family Stand for use by our Community Trust for every match, which will be managed and allocated by them.
Full details on this, including how your school can get involved, will be confirmed in due course.
MATCHDAY PRICES
Ticket prices for our home league matches have also been frozen when buying in advance. However, from the 2025/26, there will be a price increase on matchdays, which varies across stands and age groups.
Furthermore, if you would like a physical ticket when purchasing, there will no longer be an extra charge for this.
Our matchday ticket prices for the 2025/26 will be available to view shortly.
LOST TICKETS
Last season, we introduced a new policy on replacing lost tickets, which will continue for the 2025/26 campaign.
Supporters who have lost or forgotten their physical Season Ticket will be charged the price of a match ticket for their relevant stand/age band. This will then be refunded in the days following a match, once analysis has been undertaken to ensure the Season Ticket has not been scanned.
Supporters who lose their Season Ticket and require a new one will be charged £15, and their previous ticket will be cancelled. However, this will not be actioned on a matchday.
STAND SWAPPING
Season Ticket holders do have the option of swapping stands for most matchdays at the Crown Oil Arena.
From the 2024/25 season, there will be a blanket £10 fee per match to do so, regardless of which stands you are swapping between.
