The role will be based at our matchday pop-up shop at the Crown Oil Arena, which will support our ongoing retail operation at the club by helping supporters purchase the latest Rochdale AFC merchandise and ensuring they receive a great matchday experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with customers.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a busy matchday environment.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Organised and able to work independently when required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about providing our supporters with a positive experience and be proud to represent Rochdale AFC.
The successful candidate must be available to work all home Saturday fixtures.
This is a matchday-based role, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain retail experience while being part of the Rochdale AFC matchday team.
