Amantchi, who joined the club in late July, made 20 appearances and scored twice during his five-month stay. His recent strike secured our passage through to the Isuzu FA Trophy fourth round with victory at Leamington.
The 25-year-old now heads back to League Two high-flyers Walsall.
Goalkeeper Broome was loaned in from Bolton Wanderers in November, following an injury to Oliver Whatmuff at our win over Tamworth.
