It was his third appearance in a week for the nation, as they completed their UEFA Euro U17 2023 qualifying campaign.
The Dale Academy player made his debut last Wednesday, starting in a 1-1 draw with Czech Republic, before making substitute appearances in a 3-0 defeat to Scotland and the win against Malta.
The results mean they finish 3rd in their qualifying group and could still advance to the Elite Round as one of the best third placed teams.
It is Kelly’s first involvement at Under-17 level, after impressing for the Under-16s last month.
He will be on international duty again next week, forming part of the Under-16 squad that will compete in the Victory Shield.
They will take on Scotland (Sun 30th Oct, 2pm), Republic Of Ireland (Tues 1st Nov, 7pm) and Wales (Fri 4th Nov, 11am) in Waterford.
