Firstly, we have introduced a new access control system on our turnstiles, providing supporters an easier way to scan their tickets to gain entry into the stadium. There will be turnstile operators on hand to assist on the day and they open at 2pm.
This will also be our first experience of our new matchday ticketing system with Fanbase. Supporters can purchase online up until kick-off which will be saved to your phone and can then be scanned at the turnstiles. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased in-person at the Ticket Office and Club Shop on matchday and going forward there will not be an administration fee when buying physical tickets.
Furthermore, we announced a new agreement with CSG (Controlled Solutions Group) to be our official stewarding partner for the upcoming season. There will be a large stewarding presence around the stadium on Saturday, so we ask to be patient on the day.
