The striker is coming into Saturday’s match with three goals in four and is happy to contribute at the top end of the pitch.
“It’s a great feeling to break into scoring again,” Brown admits.
“Getting on a little roll as well, it builds a lot of confidence in me.
“Coming here has helped to build my confidence and the style of play suits me as a player. Out on the training pitch, I get loads of help from the staff and players as well.”
Dale’s upturn in form has taken Ian Watson’s side up to tenth in the standings, with Dajaune noting the need to be patient.
“I don’t think much has changed, we had a lot of new players in the building that needed time to gel, I think as time’s gone on, results have come in and we’re playing better as a team.
“We’ve always got a good atmosphere, everyone’s always trying to improve each other and self-develop.
“We’ve got experienced players like geez (Ian Henderson), he helps me personally with striker play, movement, positioning and late runs into the box.
“The goal is to get high up in the table and try for push for something amazing.”
On the back of promotion last season, the squad remained a positive environment to be in which Dajaune was brought into.
“It was a buzzing feeling coming in at the start of the season, we didn’t start as strongly as we would’ve wanted but this team is relentless and ruthless in how we train and how we play.
“I think I’ve adapted well, it’s been challenging but fun as well.
“The fans are amazing, they’re really loud and that proper carries you especially in the later stages of a game. Having them is a push and motivation to go through.”
Crewe Alexandra are unbeaten in the league but this can be motivation to halt the run.
“Someone’s got to defeat the undefeated so hopefully we can be the side to go and do that.”
