BUY ONLINE
Supporters can buy online 24/7 HERE, which is the easiest and quickest way to do so. You can simply download your e-ticket from your email inbox and scan at the turnstiles on matchday.
BUY IN-PERSON
Fans can also buy in-person from the Dale Ticket Office or over the phone on 01706 644648 (option one). Please note that for the 2024/25 season, there is a £1 charge on all physical tickets.
We would urge anyone buying in-person to do so as early as possible, in order to avoid queues in the build-up to kick-off.
There are also alternative sale points for the Smith Metals Family Stand (from the Club Shop) and Sandy Lane (from the Dale Supporters’ Trust desk in the Ratcliffe Bar – until 2.45pm on Saturdays and 7.30pm in midweek). Please note that these are cash only. Tickets for all stands can be purchased on card at the Ticket Office.

AWAY FANS
Away fans will be housed in the Smith Metals Family Stand, meaning that the stand will be segregated. Boston supporters can purchase via our online ticketing site HERE.
HOSPITALITY

LOST TICKETS
In recent seasons, we have seen an increase in the number of Season Card holders who have lost or forgotten their card on a matchday, requiring a replacement ticket to be printed.
From this season, supporters who have lost or forgotten their physical Season Card will be charged the price of a match ticket for their relevant stand/age band. This will then be refunded in the days following a match, once analysis has been undertaken to ensure the Season Card has not been scanned.
Supporters who lose their Season Card and require a new one will be charged £15, and their previous card will be cancelled. However, this will not be actioned on a matchday.
STAND SWAPPING
Season Card holders do have the option of swapping stands for most matchdays at the Crown Oil Arena.
From the 2024/25 season, there will be a blanket £10 fee per match to do so, regardless of which stands you are swapping between.
