BUY ONLINE
Supporters can buy online 24/7 HERE, which is the easiest and quickest way to do so. You can simply download your e-ticket from your email inbox and scan at the turnstiles on matchday.
SEASON CARD HOLDERS
To purchase their existing seat online, Season Card holders must enter the number that is next to the barcode on their card (physical or digital).
Please be aware that tickets are now on general sale, meaning your regular seat may have been sold. The priority window for Season Card holders to secure their existing ended at 9am on Saturday (26th).
Once entered, this will pull through your seat and any others linked to your account (i.e. if you purchased a Season Card for another supporter). You can remove any seats that you do not want to purchase if necessary.
Once you have finalised your selections, head to checkout, where you can confirm your purchase.
BUY IN-PERSON
Fans can also buy in-person from the Dale Ticket Office or over the phone on 01706 644648 (option one). Please note that for the 2024/25 season, there is a £1 charge on all physical tickets.
We would urge anyone buying in-person to do so as early as possible, in order to avoid queues in the build-up to kick-off.
There are also alternative sale points for the Smith Metals Family Stand (from the Club Shop) and Sandy Lane (from the Dale Supporters’ Trust desk in the Ratcliffe Bar – until 2.45pm on Saturdays and 7.30pm on Tuesdays). Please note that these are cash only and for home fans only.
AWAY FANS
Away fans will be housed in the Smith Metals Family Stand for the fixture. Stockton Town supporters can purchase via our online ticketing site HERE.
Visiting supporters can also purchase tickets on the day from the Ticket Office (located at the Main Reception), using cash or card.
HOSPITALITY
Hospitality packages are also on sale for the game. Click HERE for full details and to book.
