It’s been a frustrating wait for the young lads, with their last two matches called off on the day away at Morecambe and then at home to Carlisle United in the cup at the weekend.
This means the lads come into the game off the back of an entertaining PDL Cup tie with Carlisle at Platt Lane two weeks prior. Jake Martyn, Reece Leonard and Billy Hardwidge’s goals were cancelled out in a 3-3 draw.
Dale come up against a Stockport County side who have won all four of their league games so far, which was added to with victory over Carlisle United in the U17 PDL Cup.
Supporters can attend the fixture for free, which will be played at Stockport Sports Village, Lambeth Grove, Woodley, Stockport SK6 1QX. Kick-off is at 11am.
