Our existing data shows that whilst supporters may be Opted-In to receive our regular e-newsletters, a large percentage have not selected to Opt-In via their Fanbase (our ticket provider) account.
This means that you may not receive our most up-to-date match/ticket-related communications to your email inbox, such as our outreach in the build-up to and following home matches.
Please note, despite you being Opted-In to our e-shots, we cannot change you to Opted-In on Fanbase due to GDPR. You must do this yourself, and we have detailed the way to do so in our How-To Guide below.
