The 24-year-old joins on loan from Salford City until January.
Berkoe, who has operated at both left back and left midfield for the Ammies, began his career in Chelsea’s youth academy, before joining Wolverhampton Wanderers.
After two years with Wolves, he moved to Oxford United, where he made his professional debut in the 2019/20. He spent time on loan at Oxford City during that season, at the end of which he joined Salford City.
A loan in the National League North with Telford followed, before Berkoe had three spells in the National League, on loan at Altrincham, Maidstone United and Woking.
He made 15 appearances for Salford in League Two last season, as Karl Robinson’s men narrowly missed out on the playoffs.
Welcome to Rochdale, Kevin!
