The defender joins the club on a season-long loan deal from Premier League side Chelsea.
Wilson, who signed a new deal with the Blues in January, commented:
“I’m happy to be here. It’s such a big club that I’m joining, and I can’t wait to play in front of the fans.
“I feel like at my age it’s the right time to take the next step in my career.
“I’m looking forward to meeting all the lads and buzzing to get going.”
Head Coach Ian Watson added:
“Kaiden is really highly thought of at Chelsea. We’ve watched a lot of him; he’s very athletic and is going to add a lot of speed to our back line.
“He’s a really good character as well who wants to learn and develop. Chelsea have been amazing in getting the loan done, and he’s a really exciting signing for us.
“It’s his first loan, but I’m expecting him to hit the ground running.”
The 20-year-old has been with Chelsea for six years, having been spotted at a local grassroots tournament in his birthplace Bristol.
Kaiden progressed through to Under-18 level, where he played a crucial role in their success, winning the southern section of the U18 Premier League.
In the 2024/25 campaign, Wilson’s performances in the Under-21s earned him a First Team call up for their UEFA Conference League tie at Astana, making the substitutes bench.
Last season saw the youngster make 21 starts and was rewarded in January 2026 with a new three-and-a-half-year contract.
Welcome to the Crown Oil Arena, Kaiden!
