The wing-back initially signed on a one-month loan from the Blades in October, with an extension to his deal agreed.
The 21-year-old has made six appearances so far in all competitions, starting all of those games, having most recently featured in the National League Cup win in midweek.
He grabbed an assist on his debut in the Emirates FA Cup game at AFC Fylde.
