Harvey Gilmour was voted as the Dale Trust Supporters’ Player of the Season, having picked up five monthly awards throughout the season.
Kyron Gordon won the coveted Players’ Player of the Season, and was also chosen as the Brent Wilkinson Club Player of the Season.
Casey Pettit’s stunning strike against Eastleigh was voted as the Frank Bishop Goal of the Season, whilst there were further awards for Gilmour, Oliver Whatmuff and Sam Beckwith. Sophie Coates was voted as Rochdale AFC Women’s Player of the Season.

Brian Johnson Memorial Trophy for Outstanding Voluntary Service to Rochdale AFC
Winner: Lee Percy
Presented by: Dave Johnson
This award is in memory of former Commercial Manager Brian Johnson, traditionally for the Goldbond Agent of the year, but now presented to a volunteer who has gone above and beyond to support the work of Rochdale AFC.
Lee has been the driving force behind Dale 1907, a supporters group who have fundraised tirelessly to raise thousands of pounds to deck out the Crown Oil Arena with flags. He hasn’t done it on his own – Matt Devine and Mark Williams deserve a special mention, but Lee has been the undoubted ‘do-er’ of the group. He has also organised a team to take part in the Sleep Out event, raising over £1500 for the Community Trust and Petrus.
Rochdale AFC Community Trust Men’s Player of the Season
Winner: Sam Beckwith
Presented by: Ryan Bradley
Sam has gone above and beyond, engaging with his player sponsors as well as with fans on matchdays. Even when injured, he has had a smile on his face when engaging supporters, taking time to genuinely connect. In particular, his work with non-verbal supporter Karson Gledhill has set him apart from his teammates and makes him a worthy winner of this award.
Rochdale AFC Community Trust Women’s Player of the Season

Brooke has worked for Rochdale AFC Community Trust alongside her playing commitments for Rochdale AFC Women, delivering Wildcats sessions for females new to the game as well as delivering on Soccer Schools, Premier League Kicks and across other programmes. She went above and beyond by putting herself outside of her comfort zone, agreeing to switch on the Rochdale Christmas Lights, alongside club mascot Desmond the Dragon!
