Dale play their quarter-final of the Lancashire Youth Cup, looking to build on a good cup showing so far this season.
It was cup defeat last time out, with Salford City managing a late fightback to deny Dale the points but not progression as we now face Bolton in the next round.
These two sides will meet in the league in a couple of months, with the Seasiders two places and two points ahead of Dale. The Pools also suffered cup heartbreak in their last outing, knocked out of the competition after a 5-3 home loss to Carlisle United.
Supporters are free to attend this fixture, kick-off is at 12pm;
