The 24-year-old joins the club until January having spent the second-half of last season with the Saddlers in League Two.
Amantchi, who was part of Bromley’s promotion winning squad from the National League, commented:
“I spoke to the gaffer about what his plans and goals are for the club and I’m a player that he’s kept an eye on.
“In training the lads have welcomed me in nicely and I can’t wait to get going.
“I want to put in the work and show everyone what I can do.”
Amantchi was born in London but moved to the North East at an early age and played for the famous Wallsend Boys Club.
He signed for Chesterfield as a 17-year-old, spending time on loan at Mickleover Sports and Blyth Spartans, as well as appearing in the National League for the Spireites.
Spells at non-league clubs such as Workington, Darlington and a return to Blyth followed during the turbulent COVID-19 era, before Amantchi regularly notched goals in spells at Braintree Town, Brackley Town and Maidstone United.
His goal record at Maidstone caught the attention of Bromley, who he joined in December 2023, going on to be part of the squad that won promotion to the EFL with The Ravens.
The six-foot-three-inch striker spent the whole of last season in League Two, first with Bromley, then with Walsall, who he signed for on a permanent deal in January.
He scored in the Saddlers’ playoff semi-final win over former club Chesterfield, before they were narrowly beaten in the Wembley final.
