The wing-back, who joined Dale in the summer, has met an appearance clause that sees his stay with the club extended throughout next season.
Commenting on the news, Adebayo-Rowling said:
“I’m absolutely ecstatic, thank you to the club for everything,” exclaimed Tobi.
“The gaffer and the staff have been happy with me and I’m delighted to repay that faith.
“To have that backing is beautiful and I’m very very happy.
“I love everyone here, we’ve got such a good squad, the competition for places is hard and I’m blessed to be here.”
The 28-year-old became our second summer signing when he penned an initial one-year contract last year.
He has made 33 appearances in all competitions since then, scoring his first goal in our Isuzu FA Trophy third round tie at Leamington in December.
