Goals For Cure returns to the Crown Oil Arena on Saturday and there are plenty of famous faces already confirmed!
Raising funds towards Joe Thompson’s GoFundMe page, a Joey T XI will take on a Celebrity All Stars XI on Saturday 11th May, 4pm kick-off.
Former Premier League players are set to feature, including the likes of former Dale man Paul McShane, as well as Stephen Ireland, Phil Bardsley, Jermaine Beckford and Papiss Cisse.
Mark Wright was the first celebrity confirmed, and he has since been joined by YouTubers BillyTheGoat and Mordzs.
Last year’s game saw hundreds of supporters turn out at the Crown Oil Arena in support of Joe and Goals For Cure, helping to raise vital funds.
Tickets for this year’s game can be purchased via goalsforcure.co.uk, where you can also donate separately to Joe’s fundraiser.
