Rochdale AFC Community Trust are pleased to announce that The DigitalTrust Academy have agreed to become the Sports School Alternative Provision’s uniform sponsor.
The Alternative Provision programme offers young learners the opportunity to reengage with education. We believe that all young people deserve support, encouragement, and recognition in order for them to achieve and be the best version of themselves.
The programme equips learners with knowledge, skills, and personal development opportunities through the means of sport, with football being at the heart of it.
Our learners engage in topics that spark their own interests in a holistic learning environment that is safe, secure, and comfortable. Football is renowned for bringing communities together and our aim is to develop young learners into being confident, self-aware members of our community, who have a positive impact on society.
Steven Cockroft of The DigitalTrust Academy commented: “It is an absolute pleasure to sponsor Rochdale AFC Community Trust Sports School Alternative Provision.
“The programme gives learners who may not engage in mainstream education achieve a goal they set themselves.”
